Improving the healthfulness of your garden sandwich

A sprinkling of flaxseed meal on goat cheese or mozzarella improves the Omega-3/Omega-6 balance of your summer cheese and veggie sandwiches. This one was made with green beans, tomatoes and basil and a light spread of goat cheese and flaxseed meal -- and was delicious!
