I LOVE YOUR BREAKFAST COOKIES!! They are filling and delicious.
I am a 65-year-old woman. I retired from an active, exciting career after 28 years and then lost my parents and my mentor uncle in the following 5 years. All these emotional changes in my life really let additional pounds sneak up on me! I found that I am an EMOTIONAL STRESS eater!!! But, in all fairness, I am still a rather healthy individual. I take no medications but needed a knee replacement from general wear and tear this year. After speaking with my doctor, he suggested the extra weight needed to go before surgery. That is when I found Susie’s Smart Breakfast Cookies – and, in my case, lunch cookies! I start my day with a Susie’s Breakfast Cookie, and around 11am, I have one boiled egg for a snack. That carries me until around 1pm when I stop for lunch: which consists of another Susie’s Smart Breakfast Cookie with a green salad. Then around 4pm I eat a sensible meal, usually a protein, vegetable and another salad. I have since the end of July, lost 18 lbs. I am an active person, I run a 50 acre farm with Longhorn cattle, retired horses, barn cats and my various rescued dogs. I will admit that I do not like to cook and really have found the Susie’s Smart Breakfast Cookies to be my answer. They come prepackaged so you can take them with you or start your day at home with your coffee, the news and Susie’s Smart Breakfast Cookie; I bought all 4 flavors, yum, and eat different ones each day. Thank you Susie for giving us a smart, healthy choice against the battle of the bulge!
