Like all our Breakfast Cookies, it is all-natural, with 2 grams Omega-3s in each individually-wrapped  Breakfast Cookie -- and a healthy balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats.

Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a street address. Orders with a PO Box may be delayed.
