A new way of adding Omega-3s to your holiday meals!

While making the gravy this Thanksgiving, I was inspired to add flax meal, as well as flour, to the pan of drippings (as well, of course, salt and pepper). This made a great gravy and helped to balance the Omega-3s and Omega-6s in our holiday meal. I used about 3 Tablespoons of flour and 1 Tablespoon of Flax meal to one pan of drippings.
